About the shareholder

In a 2024 decision, Argentina’s competition authority described Plusener as an investment holding company. Central Puerto’s 2018 prospectus named Carlos José Miguens and Polinter S.A. as shareholders of Plusener at that time. It does not establish Plusener’s current owners. Plusener’s filing for June 2026 reports sole voting and disposal power over the equivalent of 2,272,854 Central Puerto common shares, mostly held as ADSs.
